One of the highlights of this French holiday was a visit to a charming simple restaurant along the border of a trout pont. Trouts, fresh from the pont, fried in vegetable oil, accompanied by french fries, a slice of lemon, some parsley and garlic and a sunny tomato formed a perfect meal in a perfect rural setting. Whenever you are in the neighbourhood of St. Jean de Cole in the French Perigord, pay a visit to Etang de pêche à la truite - Pisciculture, au lieu-dit « Fon Pépy ».Tel :
